‘DEN’ company does business focusing not only on the leading positions in the labor market, and in the first place puts priority on the lives and health of people working in the company.

Since 2011 the Company has implemented a program of staff development which includes measures in three main areas: health care and staff leisure, improvement of working conditions, increase of staff professional development.


Health and leisure care

Employee health and leisure is one of the key components of the Program. Corporate sports leisure improves not only physical fitness of each particular employee but also the team atmosphere. Thus, DEN company has created its own football team which regularly conducts training sessions and participates in football tournaments. In addition, sports and corporate events are organized for all employees.

Improvement of working conditions

Taking into consideration that employees spend most of their time working, an important task of the Program is to improve working conditions. Therefore, we have provided our employees with corporate dining. We also implemented the «Hour for the family» having shortened the working day on Friday with no loss in pay for our employees to have the opportunity to spend more time with their family and friends.

Professional development

An equally important component of the staff development is the increase of the employee professional development. To do this, the company regularly conducted meetings in the professional lines. At such meetings colleagues have the opportunity to discuss certain issues at their case studies, to share experience in solving these issues, to talk about interesting trends or to make a plan of further actions.

Moreover, DEN company has an internship program for young professionals, within whose context students and graduates have the opportunity to gain working experience in the company. Besides, in such a way we create the staff of potential employees.

The main objective of the internship program is to increase the professional level of young people as well as to form and to add to the reserve of the qualified professionals.
